These terms govern your use of Thamyris, a game published by No Evil Star, LLC. By installing, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Pre-release software

Thamyris is currently in development. Test builds can contain defects, change without notice, become unavailable, or reset synchronized progress. Keep your own device and operating system backed up. Feedback is welcome, but do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in it.

Personal license

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Thamyris for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform through which you obtained it.

The game’s code, writing, music, artwork, characters, name, and other creative material belong to No Evil Star, LLC or its licensors. Do not resell, impersonate, distribute unauthorized copies of, or use the game or its assets to create a competing product. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, probe for other players’ data, introduce malicious code, or use Thamyris in a way that violates law or another person’s rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the game, its players, or its infrastructure.

Purchases

Thamyris does not currently offer purchases through this website or the game service. If paid distribution or in-app purchases are introduced, the price and included content will be shown before purchase, and the applicable app store’s payment and refund terms will also apply. These terms do not promise that any particular purchase model will be offered.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or test access. We do not promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device. Material changes to these terms will appear here with a revised date.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thamyris is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Evil Star, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from use of the game.

Some jurisdictions do not allow particular warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted where you live.
